This morning I had the honor and pleasure to be the keynote presenter at the 2015 summer conference of the Technology Councils of North America. The official title of the presentation was “Content is King, Community is Queen: Maximizing Impact Through Strategic Content Mapping.” The talk covered how to take content beyond its format and venue order lasix drug (such as event-based presentations) and repurpose/extend them based on the organization’s value proposition and audience needs. This approach helps organizations deliver content that increases membership satisfaction, leads to higher acquisition and retention, and raises non-dues revenue.

Participants listened, shared, and worked on interactive exercises together.
