To measure the success of the content in your organization’s newsletter, don’t just stop at click-throughs. Metrics like that can tell the story of the success of the newsletter as a vehicle. However, they don’t go far enough to measure the success of the content. To do that, you need go deeper to understand the audience and goals for the content, and assess whether the content did, indeed, achieve its goals.
